Annotate a picture with arrows, circles or squares

You can annotate a picture on both the Web App or Android App.

Only pictures with problems assigned can be annotated.  To assign a problem to an existing picture refer to Add a problem to a picture

Annotate on the Android App while adding a concern

  1. From the room list, select the room where the item resides or select Find Item
  2. Select the system and then the item
  3. Select the orange picture icon
  4. Take a picture
  5. Choose the concern from the list or add a custom concern
  6. Instead of selecting OK, select the Annotate button from the bottom of the page
  7. Choose the arrow, circle or square
  8. Select Done

Annotate on the Android App after adding a concern

  1. From the room list, select the room where the item resides or select Find Item
  2. Select the system and then the item
  3. Select the picture / concern from the item detail page
  4. Select annotate on the lower left of the picture

Note:  If there were two pictures for the concern, you may have to select the picture from the gallery below the larger image

Annotate on the Web App while adding a concern

  1. Choose the photo gallery icon to the right of the item name
  2. Upload a photo if there isn't one there
  3. Assign a concern to the photo (see Add a Concern)
  4. Select the photo
  5. Select Annotate
  6. Choose the annotation color
  7. Select the arrow, circle or square and draw on the photo

  1. Choose the photo gallery to the right of the concern
  2. Select the photo to annotate
  3. Select Annotate
  4. Choose the annotation color
  5. Select the arrow, circle or square and draw on the photo
