Download / Save Photos

There are a number of methods to download or save photos from an inspection:

  1. Save them as you are taking them:  This is useful if you want to ensure all photos are saved just in case you might need them later
  2. Save them one at a time: This is useful if you selectively want to use the photo for some other purpose
  3. Download them after you are done with the inspection: This is useful if you want to proactively back up the photos after each inspection

All of these options are available only from the mobile device, both iOS and Android.

See below for instructions

Save photos as you take them

There is a setting on your device to allow you to save photos along the way.

  • Select the overflow menu (three vertical dots on the upper right)
  • Select settings
  • Scroll to the bottom and turn option to save media to local folder to "on"

On an iOS device they are in an album with the address

On the Android they are stored on the file system.  Look for an app that stores files (it differs on each device) and open the folder for internal storage or DCIM.  You will see a folder called HomeHubZone Backup.  The photos are stored in an album with the address name.
