Track sync progress

The time to sync depends on your device, network speed and the amount of content / photos / videos. If you want to track it, you can do the following:

To check the sync status, 

  1. Go to the property detail page (the page with the list of rooms)
  2. Select the three dots (Android) or three horizontal dots (iOS)
  3. Choose show sync status

If the sync status is OK, has rows pending, and the number of rows pending doesn't decrease, you should reset your sync.  Refer to Reset your sync
