Reset your sync

If the sync status is OK, has rows pending, and the number of rows pending doesn't decrease, the options you have in the order you should try them are:

  • Reset the sync (instructions below)
  • Turn wi-fi on and off
  • Turn your device off and back on

You should not log off as that may cause you to lose your pending changes

To reset the sync,

  1. Go to the dashboard (list of properties) on the device
  2. Select the property
  3. Hold and press on the date above the orange "update inspection" button until a message appears

    I have tried to force a sync several times with no luck. The sync status is "unrecoverable error encountered". The data still appears to be on my phone. What to do? I had no problems with two other reports I completed today.
